I co-founded Torchbox and spent twenty-five years growing it into a major, purpose-driven award-winning design, technology and marketing agency. I've recently stepped away to work independently.
Originally a designer, I ran Torchbox alongside my business partner for many years, while also leading major client engagements for the likes of WWF and University of Oxford. More recently, I led the transition into employee ownership, enabling leadership succession, people development and social impact. The last couple of years, I have been in the thick of innovation and AI-driven transformation.
